Likhâ is an Artisanal Home Goods brand on a mission is to empower artisan families to overcome poverty by reimagining time-honored local craft for the global marketplace.
Nathalie came to us for an improved Welcome Email Flow and Abandoned Cart Email Flow to increase their online revenue. The flows they had in place were performing, but she could tell there was money left on the table and a chance for higher conversion.
The Project
Well Fed was hired by Nathalie of Likhâ to improve their Email Opt-In offer, Welcome Email Flow, Abandoned Cart Email Flow, and clean up their email list for better segmentation and messaging. While Likhâ did have an offer and email flow in place, it was under performing and there was a clear opportunity to improve the overall profitability of their e-commerce store- hosted on Shopify.
