Likhâ is an Artisanal Home Goods brand on a mission is to empower artisan families to overcome poverty by reimagining time-honored local craft for the global marketplace.

Nathalie came to us for an improved Welcome Email Flow and Abandoned Cart Email Flow to increase their online revenue. The flows they had in place were performing, but she could tell there was money left on the table and a chance for higher conversion.

The Project

Well Fed was hired by Nathalie of Likhâ to improve their Email Opt-In offer, Welcome Email Flow, Abandoned Cart Email Flow, and clean up their email list for better segmentation and messaging. While Likhâ did have an offer and email flow in place, it was under performing and there was a clear opportunity to improve the overall profitability of their e-commerce store- hosted on Shopify.

The Welcome Offer + Email Flow

The first step was to improve the profitability of Likhâ’s Welcome Offer. The offer was changed from $15 off an order of $50 or more to $10 off an order of $75 or more.

Once the Welcome Offer was decided, we began to look at Likhâ’s ideal customer profile and discovered that the ethos of the brand was very important to the customer’s purchasing decision. With that in mind we created a Welcome Flow that highlighted the ethical and sustainable practices that are at the core of Likhâ.

We created a funnel to encourage connection to the brand and its mission and to engage the customer in picturing Likhâ’s home goods and accessories in their home or as a gift. This 5 email flow saw an increase in the total number of orders.

The new Abandoned Cart Flow was also able to increase the order win-back for Likhâ, earning them over $500 of otherwise lost sales over a short period of time.

The Final Result

By changing the Welcome Offer to $10 off an order of $75 or more, adding 3 additional emails to the Welcome Flow, including a final discount reminder, Well Fed was able to increase revenue from Likhâ’s Welcome Flow by over 200%.

In the 90 days after the launch of the new offer and Welcome Flow, Likhâ saw an increase from $566/mth to $1,666/mth from the Welcome Flow alone.
