Stages Skin Studio provides medical grade esthetic services that are customized to the clients unique skin needs. Stages creates a luxurious and relaxing environment where they clients can feel at ease before and after their services.

Adrienne came to us before the Grand Opening of Stages Skin Studio to build a Welcome Email Flow and monthly email marketing strategy to capture and engage potential clients to build her book of business.

The Project

Well Fed was hired by Stages Skin Studio to create an Email Opt-In offer, Welcome Email Flow, and monthly email marketing strategy. We settled on using her monthly membership program as the launching point to encourage email sign ups and offer the most value to clients while keeping her profitable.

The Welcome Offer + Email Flow

Step one was to create an offer that was easy for Stages to provide to clients since they do not have an e-commerce aspect to their business. We decided offering a discount on the first month of their Stages Skin Studio Membership package was a great opt-in offer that could be tracked for effectiveness and conversion.

Once the Welcome Offer was decided, we created a Welcome Email Flow to inform clients about the Membership program, educate on how to prepare for their appointment, and offer service suggestions based on their unique skin goals.

After implementing the Welcome Offer and Email Flow Stages saw a 100% conversion rate from organic traffic to their website with the first 45 days. We decided that building a second Welcome Email Flow for a more general audience was important to try to sell the Membership package to email subscribers who had not opt-ed in on the website. This email flow saw a high open rate.

The Final Result

While Stages Skin Studio is brand new, they are seeing great email engagement. Well Fed has partnered with the social media brand working with this client, Social Haus, to ensure both social and email communications remain consistent and poised for conversion.
